  • How long does a typical grooming session take?
    The duration of a grooming session varies depending on your dog's size, breed, and coat condition. On average, it can take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. We will notify you 15 minutes prior to the session's completion for prompt pickup.
  • How much in advance should I make an appointment?
    The sooner the better. We recommend scheduling your appointment 1 to 2 weeks in advance to ensure you secure your preferred date and time. However, please feel free to contact us for any next-day requests, and we'll see if we have availability!
  • What is your Cancellation or No-Show policy?
    We ask you let us know as soon as possible if you are needing to reschedule or cancel. Last minute cancellations, or no shows, will be asked to place a 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to schedule their next visit. **Last Minute Cancellations are cancellations with less than 24-hour notice for one dog, or less than 48-hours if you have two doggies scheduled.
  • Do you take walk-ins?
    No, we do not accept walk-ins. To provide the best care and attention to each of our furry clients, we operate by appointment only. Scheduling an appointment in advance ensures that your dog receives the dedicated time and personalized service they deserve. This allows us to plan our schedule efficiently and maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all our four-legged friends.
  • What do I do when I arrive?
    When you arrive you will see signage with customer parking spots. You can send us a text message and one of us will be right out. You are welcomed to walk your dog on the grass within our premises. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you keep your dog on a leash. We ask you do not get close to the gate as we have dalmatians on the property that may not always be friendly. Additionally, we provide convenient doggie bag stations for your doggies oopsies.
  • Do you have a late pickup fee?
    Yes, we do. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays, our priority is to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. The late pickup fee is applied to compensate for the additional care and resources required when a pet is not picked up as scheduled. The late fee is of $20, if your pet is not picked up within 1 hour of being notified he/she is ready.
  • Can I stay with my dog during the grooming session?
    While we understand your concern, it's usually best for your dog's comfort and safety to let our professional groomers work without distractions. In many instances, the doggie may feel more excited and jumpy when the parents are present. Therefore, in many cases causing the grooming session to be more difficult for the groomer.
  • How do you handle anxious or nervous dogs?
    We are experienced in handling dogs of all temperaments. We approach nervous dogs with patience, care, and positive reinforcement techniques to make the experience as stress-free as possible.

    Yes, we groom all dog breeds. We are trained to work with a variety of breeds, each with its own unique grooming needs.

    The frequency of grooming depends on your dog's breed, coat type, and individual needs. Generally, we recommend grooming every 4-8 weeks. However, to get our recommendation, ask us when you come in for your next pet grooming appointment.
  • How can I make a payment?

    Contact us via phone or our website's Contact Form. We do prioritize grooming clients for pet boarding. For new clients interested in pet boarding, we recommend an introductory grooming session to help your pet become familiar with us and ensure a relaxed experience. This approach helps us assess their comfort, making their stay enjoyable.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, we do require a deposit of 25% when booking our pet boarding services. This deposit helps secure your pet sitting spot, and is considered non refundable and non transferable. The deposit is due at the time of booking and is applied towards the total cost of the service.
  • How much in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking our pet sitting services well in advance to ensure you secure your preferred dates and times. Regular Dates: We suggest booking at least 1 to 2 weeks ahead of your desired pet sitting dates. Holiday Dates: We suggest booking at least 1 to 2 months ahead of your desired pet sitting dates.
  • Do my fur babies need their vaccines?
    Yes, for the safety of all pets involved, we require that all fur babies have up-to-date vaccinations before utilizing our pet boarding services. Ensuring your pets are vaccinated helps prevent the spread of diseases and keeps them and other animals in our care healthy. We ask you provide a copy of their vaccination record prior or upon arrival for their pet boarding stay.
  • What is included in a standard pet boarding visit?
    A standard visit includes feeding, replenishing water, walking/exercise, playtime, and companionship. We can tailor our services to your pet's specific needs.
  • What should I prepare before a pet boarding visit?
    Before your doggie's visit, please ensure your pet has enough food, treats, and specific care instructions. We'll discuss your pet's routine at drop-off to ensure we have all the information we need.
  • Can I get updates on my pet while I'm away?
    Yes, we provide regular updates on your pet's well-being and activities while you're away. These will be sent via text in a form of a picture/video.
  • Where do they stay?
    During their stay your pets become one more of the family. They stay inside our home, ensuring they are in their familiar and comfortable environment. Whether I am in the living room or at the shop, they will be right there with us. At night, they will have a secure and cozy spot in their crate with their bed for a peaceful night's rest.
